lunevo is a personal well-being app that lets you log daily check-ins across energy, focus, and mood, and view patterns and AI-generated insights over time. The service is provided by lunevo ("we," "us," or "our").
We reserve the right to update, improve, or discontinue features of the app at any time. When changes are significant, we will communicate them through the app.
2. Not Medical Advice
lunevo is a personal reflection and self-awareness tool. It is not a medical device, clinical service, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nothing in the app — including AI-generated Insights, flow scores, or pattern observations — constitutes medical advice. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not use lunevo to make clinical decisions or delay seeking professional help.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials associated with lunevo. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information if prompted to create a profile.
- Keep your access credentials private.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use lunevo. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Data
You own your check-in data. By using lunevo, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use lunevo only for its intended personal purpose. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code.
- Use the app to store or transmit malicious software.
- Circumvent or interfere with any security or access controls.
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service.
- Resell or redistribute the app or its content without written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The lunevo app — including its name, design, visual system, copy, and code — is our intellectual property, protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding or content outside of normal use of the app itself.
7. AI-Generated Content
Insights generated by our AI feature are provided for informational and reflective purposes only. They are based on the patterns in your personal check-in data and represent probabilistic observations, not definitive conclusions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
8. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
We aim to keep lunevo available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lunevo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or decisions made based on content within the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of lunevo shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and notify you within the app for material changes. Continued use of lunevo after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to updated terms, you may stop using the app and request deletion of your account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which lunevo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
